Green Drinks is a casual, monthly networking event for anyone. Some attendees work in the environmental industry, most practice sustainable lifestyles and all are “green curious.” Everyone comes for different reasons because everyone is invited. Please join us to add to the conversation and impact of this dynamic group of people who make Green Drinks a keystone in Columbus'  eco-conscious culture.

October Green Drinks @ The WELLS BARN @ Franklin Park Conservatory, October 25 at 6:00pm:

Community Garden Mixer and 10 Years Green Columbus

Green Columbus was founded 10 years ago (thanks Tad!). Instead of hosting a fancy fundraiser gala, we would like to celebrate with a community garden mixer!

All community gardeners and produce eaters are welcome. We are grateful to have fantastic partners like the Franklin Park Conservatory that will host this super special October Green Drinks event at The Wells Bar. They will provide a cash bar, and we will throw in some snacks for good measure.

Entrance is free, and everyone is encouraged to donate money towards the Earth Day 2018 milkweed and community garden supplies fund.
Community gardens play a very important role in Columbus, and in partnership with the Growing to Green program this Green Drinks celebrates all gardeners. Community Garden heroes Bill Dawson and Mike Hogan will be making remarks. More speakers will be announced soon!

We couldn't be more honored to be there with you and are very excited to see you at the Franklin Park Conservatory barn on 10/25 at 6pm!

About Green Drinks

Founded by Edwin Datschefski in London, England in 1989, Green Drinks is an organic, self-organizing network currently active in over 700 cities around the globe.

The format is casual networking followed by a short eco-presentation, followed by self-directed hang out. Green Drinks enables participants to share new ideas, develop inspired solutions, join the discussion, learn about opportunities to work for change and make a difference; participants make the event into what they want.
